The staff at Villa Aqua have been professionally trained and will do their utmost to please with their warm and friendly Thai hospitality, but let your villa manager know how much staff presence you’re comfortable with – for example, at mealtimes only, or on hand to serve iced drinks throughout the day – and service can be tailored to suit your preferences.
- Estate manager
Villa Aqua’s estate manager, supported by an assistant estate manager, oversees the operations of all seven Sava Beach Villas and liaises with individual villa staff teams to ensure guests enjoy an unsurpassed level of service throughout their stay.
- Villa manager
As the communication link between guests and staff, your English-speaking villa manager makes certain that meals and other service requirements are carried out smoothly and efficiently. And for exploring beyond the villa, be sure to tap into the manager’s local knowledge for suggestions and help with booking excursions, golf tee-off times, restaurants and transport.
- Chef
Your villa chef is professionally trained and skillfully prepares a variety of Thai and western dishes from the suggestion menu. The chef is available to prepare all meals and is also in charge of provisioning. Guests with dietary restrictions or special requests are encouraged to discuss their needs and the chef will adapt meals accordingly.
- Villa attendants
Full-time villa attendants handle all the daily cleaning and tidying up, and help with kitchen and dining service.
- Pool & gardens
Regular pool-cleaning, gardening and maintenance services are handled by a team of estate staff.
- Security
Estate staff on rotating shifts keep Villa Aqua safe and secure 24 hours a day.
Dining
With the exclusive service of a talented Thai chef, and a stunning choice of indoor and outdoor dining areas, mealtimes are a holiday highlight at Villa Aqua.
Daily breakfasts, featuring fresh tropical fruits, are included in your rate. Plan lunches and dinners from the wide selection of Thai, western, vegetarian and kids’ dishes on the villa’s suggestion menu, or explore the delicious flavours of Thai cuisine by sampling one of the set meals carefully curated by the chef.
Phuket-style dishes including mee Hokkien (fried noodles), bue tod (deep fried spicy prawn) offer some tempting regional tastes while desserts have a decidedly Thai flavour with mango and sticky rice and boa loy (rice balls in coconut milk) among the choices. And guests are sure to want to make use of the lavish barbecue entertaining area by choosing from the tantalising grilled meats, lobster, tiger prawn, fish and vegetarian selections for a fabulous sunset feast. Please discuss any dietary restrictions or special meal requests with your manager and the chef will do his or her best to accommodate them.
The chef also manages all the grocery shopping for guest meals, with provisions charged at cost plus a 20%+ handling fee or a minimum 750 baht per day. Guests are asked to provide cash in advance to cover food and beverage costs, and the staff will keep receipts for reference when settling the bills.
Families
Villa Aqua welcomes families and is well set up to cater to the needs of adults and children of all ages. Attentive, caring staff, child-friendly facilities, an 18-metre private pool and a tropical wonderland setting ensure an unforgettable family holiday.
The 10-kilometre-long Natai Beach offers endless soft sands for running around and castle-building, while older kids can explore the coastline on kayaks or paddle boards. A selection of electronic games and toys provide plenty of indoor entertainment for the kids while mums and dads enjoy the villa’s private spa with massage beds, sauna, steam room and cold plunge bath. Guests are also invited to make use of the estate’s well-equipped gym.
Families have plenty of choice in sleeping arrangements with a mix of king- and twin-bedded suites. Baby cots and high chairs are available on request, while other equipment such as car seats can be hired from local rental agencies for an extra charge – just let us know before your arrival what you need. Babysitting service can also be arranged with some advance notice for child-free nights out or excursions (extra charges apply).
Having a fully equipped guest kitchen and personal chef on hand makes family dining a delight at Villa Aqua. The villa menu features a kids’ section with favourites such as chicken nuggets, fish fingers and macaroni cheese. The chef can also tailor many Thai dishes to accommodate the wee ones’ tastes, offering a great chance for children to explore some new flavours.
Beyond the villa and the beach, the sights and activities found in this spectacular Andaman coast region and Phuket offer much to captivate the kids. Spa
Majestic ocean views, complete privacy and lavish on-site facilities make Villa Aqua perfect for restorative spa and massage treatments. The villa’s spa room is a soothing haven with a steam room, dry sauna and cold plunge pool.
Thai massage, oil massage, facials, manicures and pedicures are among the choices available. Refer to the in-villa spa menu for more details, and ask your villa manager to help arrange a treatment.

Or perhaps a long tail boat to go island hopping and visit some of the stunning islands in picturesque Phang Nga Bay.
